You can get involved with ALZ-NET as a patient, caregiver, health system, health care provider, or researcher.

Search for a health system or health care provider participating in ALZ-NET in your state or near your zip code. If you are a patient or caregiver and need further assistance locating a participating site near you, please call the Alzheimer’s Association at 800-272-3900 or email [email protected].
